The mission of NEACT is to support both new and experienced chemistry educators by providing resources, training, and community.

Goal

The goal of NEACT is to educate and inspire the next generation of students by cultivating a community of thriving chemistry educators dedicated to excellence in teaching.

Objectives

1. Support New Teachers: Connect new chemistry teachers with experienced educators and provide them with valuable resources and teaching strategies.
2. Enhance Community Collaboration: Encourage active participation in NEACT programs such as the Summer Conference, ChemChat, Division Meetings, and Member Mondays.
3. Promote Resource Sharing: Promote the exchange of lesson plans, labs, and demonstration ideas among educators to enhance the quality of chemistry education.

Call to Action

● Participate in NEACT programs to support and learn from fellow educators.
