• Chemistry Teacher

Boston University Academy is seeking a full-time chemistry teacher starting with the 2008-2009 school year.
Responsibilities will include three sections of honors-level, 10th
grade chemistry, as well as a possible fourth section tied to the
teacher's skills, and significant responsibilities outside the
classroom. Strong candidates will have at least three to five years of
teaching, ideally in independent schools. An advanced degree is
preferred but not required. Boston University Academy is a small,
coeducational high school located on the campus of Boston University.
It is a highly academic environment, in which both students and faculty
are intellectually curious and passionate about learning. Students
begin taking college courses in their junior year, sometimes earlier.
